Necessary due to EMF upgrade.  UML model structure has changed and is incompatible with previous structure.

One change that has to be done in UML models is to change the "ownedMember" tag to be the new "packagedElement" tag. I did this for our built-in primitiveTypes.xmi model and it loaded successfully using the latest EMF.
