Document issues and limitations
- The jBPM can use only one executor
- The jBPM occasionally generates WARN or ERROR messages to log. These are only scary messages and do not affect jBPM functionality

Are there any other open JIRAs against these issues that I can refer to?

Is there a way for the user to distinguish between the spurious WARN and ERROR messages and important ones?

This is already release noted with respect to SOA-409 and SOA-410, which detail the messages:

5.6. Multiprocessor machines running jbpm_orchestration2 quickstart using HSQLDB

Various errors and warnings are logged when running the jbpm_orchestration2 quickstart on a machine with multiple CPUs using HSQLDB.
