Add jBPM "bpm_orchestration4" quickstart into FP01

We made this QS available for download at the same time as SOA-P 4.2.0 GA - it's not yet packaged in the product.

Moved to CP as it is not new functionality

It's in the main esb trunk, it just needs adding to the CP branch

It is also in the CP branch but was excluded from the original SOA branch.  We just need to re-introduce this at the next merge.

Jervis: I did see a QS named bpm_orchestration4 in jbossesb-server-4.3.GA kit built by myself using trunk. Shall I say this jira can be closed now?
Trevor: It looks like it's in the trunk but not in the platform branch. Assign it to me and I'll investigate further.
