... and compares against a known list of "good" duplicates. It should then flag any unknown duplicates before we do a release.

Maybe such a thing already exists. We should run it before each release.

A program has been written to detect duplicate jars and multiple versions of the same jar.  It is available in the SOA-P repository in the:

  utilities/CheckJarVersions

directory.
