This is an intermittent problem - probably a timing issue - I've seen this one in 10 tries today - with CP01_CR3 - on startup of the standalone/default server:

Note: soa-510 and soa-511 did not happen at the same time. This was all on the same system - but on different startup sessions.

Forgot to mention - the server also hung on shutdown:

This error occurs on shutdown and is a consequence of the DataFilerScheduler MBean not being included in the standard MBean lifecycles and dependencies.

It is related to SOA-473

Fixed in our CP branch, will be in the next merge into SOA.
