We should remove the GettingStarted.pdf file - it's old and refers to trailblazer sample app - we're shipping an Oct 2007 vintage doc. - we don't ship the trailblazer app in SOA-P.

Didn't we remove this in a previous iteration? I can't see it in the repo....

It's still there in 4.2 CP03 CR5 - see the attached file - it's the 4.2.1 Oct 2007 doc.

Fixed with revision 2432 of:
  eap/build.xml
  esb/build.xml

Commit message:
  Remove (redundant) ESB trail blazer document.
  Fixes JIRA SOA-607.

Fix verified in SOA-P 4.2 CP03 CR7

The GettingStarted.pdf file is gone.
