The XSDValidationAction is not of the ESB but is included directly in sources of xsd_validation quickstart. Such a action couldn't be officially supported. It needs to be moved to the ESB since PRD requires such action out of box.

The associated issue has been rejected as this action is not associated with the statement in the PRD.

The schema validation is associated with the work being done to expose an ESB service as a WS.
