We replace some (*) of the ESB mvel jars with mvel 1.3.11.  Daniel Bevenius has reported a problem
when running smooks.esb against mvel 1.3.11.  The other ESB deploys use 1.3.3.  We will use mvel
1.3.3 for this release.

(*) we overwrite the versions in jbrules.esb and jbossesb.sar, but not the one in smooks.esb, as that
was added after our overlay code.

The long term fix is to make mvel > 1.3.11 compatible with smooks.esb.

Fixed in revision 1840 of:
  builders/eap/build.xml
  builders/esb/build.xml

Commit message:
  Don't replace ESB versions of MVEL.
  Should fix JIRA's SOA-744 and SOA-745.

mike has done several customer driven fixes that are in .12 We really need the next platform release to move everything to 1.3.12.
