Release Note:
JBESB-2108
The active state of the inVM courier is now managed using the inVM EPR registration process.  Each inVM EPR can be registered more than once, but only a single courier and queue will be created per EPR.  This courier is only marked as inactive when there are no remaining active registrations of the EPR.
