Starting and stopping the SOA-P needs to be tested with the original EAP version of
the jboss_init_redhat.sh, as attached to SOA-226.

I created a test tor starting/stoping SOA-P using the script and configured a hudson job running and testing it on both (embedded and standalone) versions of SOA-P.

The test is based on smoke test.
