Versions in general, in text there are multiple references to ESB 4.3 GA. I think it should be 4.4 (maybe CP1)

I've raised another jira SOA-1061 and assigned it to Daniel Bevenius to get technical updates.

Updates from SOA-1061 have been incorporated.  From my previous note items 1,3,5,7 and 8 have NOT been included as they were considered not to be a problem.

I have highlighted the sections in the book's index that have had changes and should be reviewed.

Assigning to QE to verify that the change is (also) in the 4.3 CP01 docs.
