WISE quickstarts on Windows won't work unless you supply the path in property file in a "C:/Somewhere/On/The/Drive" format (and not "C:\Somewhere") - although it's some kind of a general knowledge, I think that the QS readme files should be improved to contain this informaiton. And while they don't, we should also mention this in 4.3 GA release notes.
