SOA 4.2.0 CP02 was based on EAP 4.3.0 CP01.
SOA 4.2.0 CP03 is based on EAP 4.3.0 CP03.
Thus, bugs fixed in EAP 4.3.0 CP02 and CP03 should also be fixed in SOA 4.2.0 CP03

- 579 should really be documented elsewhere as it isn't a known issue as much as just a change in fuctionality. The issue caused by this work (JBESB-1847) has been added here as well.  I think I'll move 579 to the Getting Started Guide in 4.3 as there is appropriate content for it there, but not in 4.2 at the moment
