According to Charles Crouch the version we need for those issues won't be out in time.

JON 2.2 is available so we need to pull down the plug-ins for the build.

Charles said that the new JON
version would run with plug-ins built against the older versions.  So, we
shouldn't need to change the JON versions for CP02.
