This content has been in this guide since at least 4.2.CP02, content refers to a quickstart that wasn't included at that time.

* pages 18,19 - code samples come from bpm_orchestration4
* Chapter 2. refers to bpm_orchestration4 which is not intentionally present in 4.2.CP03 (bpm_orchestration4 was first introduced in version 4.3)

This will not be appearing in any of the CP releases for 4.2 and customers will have to continue to download it manually.
