This has been merged into the ESB branch for the 4.3CP01 release and will be included in the next merge for SOA platform.

JmsSession now caches the acknowledge mode rather than deferring to the underlying session every time it is requested.  This is to prevents failed sessions remaining in the 'in use' state when a subsequent call to getAcknowledgeMode generates an error.

I have verified that the fix is included into the CP01 codebase.
