QE for the 4.2 jBPM integration guide  raised the fact that the examples in chapter 2 of that book use code samples from the jbpm_orchestration4 quickstart that is not included in that version of the product.

A comment on that JIRA stated that customers where locating and downloading the quickstart on their own.  

No definite URL for could be determined for inclusion in the document.  I'd like to provide something in the docs to help the users out here.

I thought that the quickstart was here:

This version seems to work with 4.2 CP03 CR7

The bpm_orchestration4 quickstart exists in the project branch (and that is an old one)  but it was deliberately removed from the platform branch.
