Exercise 8 was apparently written and edited using multiple versions of the schema used to create the Web service. In some areas the Web service contains the word "Customer" and in other places the word "Customers". The singular versus plural may be confusing and certainly doesn't reflect the professionalism we intend.

This is seen in both text and screenshots.

Changing fix version to unknown.  We need to have the getting started material in the project before it makes sense to target these issues.

This is not an issue because different documentation has been created and therefore, this problem is no longer applicable.
