We will get a one-off EAP release to fix this, and will base SOA 4.3.0 CP01 on this one-off.

proposed one off fix solves remoting issue but not XA Exception

The fix for the issue will be in JBM 1.4.0.SP3_CP06 (due 12/May/09). 
We will probably not get a fix for SOA 4.3.0 GA CP01

Customer reports modified patch fixed problem, no data loss on test system
we will roll the one off into the next cp
