1) some of the ESB links are out of date:

Fixed on the 4.3 branch in revision 2563 of:
  builders/soa/p-consoles/ROOT.war/index.html

Commit message:
  Add SOA resources.  Update ESB resources for changed URL's.
  
  Fixes JIRA SOA-1147.

Also, fixed on the 4.2.0 branch in revision 2564 and trunk in revision 2565.

This looks good in 4.3 CP01 CR2- it's nice to see the SOA-P blog there too!
