Ensure that the Documentation clearly states that drools RuleFlow is not supported in the SOA  4.3 stream and that for workflow related tasks the customer should use jBPM.

Section 2.5.2 Authoring - contains a fairly complex example containing ruleflow.  Added a note to the top mentioning the ruleflow is not supported in SOA

77 - removed use of ruleflow as an example.
110 - removed references to ruleflow-groups but added a note indicating that it also applies to ruleflow-groups but that ruleflow is not supported by SOA.  Also reworded lock-on-active description.

Removed content and replaced with statement that it isnt' supported and workflow functionality can be implemented using JBPM, and directs them to the included JBPM guide.
