There is some confusion here: we do support some aspects of Ruleflow, just not the BPM-related ones. So we need to make that clear.

I've added in some of the RuleFlow content that was removed in CP01, with specific comments clarifying that it is only the use of RuleFlow for BPM workflow or service orchestration that is not supported.
