    The Secure FTP gateway was not displaying exceptions. This was related to the way in which
    invocations of cd was being wrapped, as were following operations.                                                                                               7

    To resolve this issue, the invocation of cd was moved out of the try/catch block and some
    more debug statements were added to the code. Exceptions should now be displayed correctly as
    a result.

This issue was actually addressed in 4.3 CP02.
