On bpm_orchestration3, step 4. incorrect URL of the jBPM console (http://localhost:8080/jbpm-console/sa/processes.jsf), must be http://localhost:8080/jbpm-console/ or http://localhost:8080/jbpm-console/app/processes.jsf
or just say: Click on the "jBPM console" link

BTW on bpm_orchestration4's Readme.pdf file there are screen-shots with the mistaken URL working.
