EAP have fixed the EULA name so the ESB config changes need to be backported to the SOA 4.2 ESB branch to reflect the change. At the moment the 4.2 stream looks for JEMS_EULA.txt.

EULA file name is now JBossEULA.txt.

EULA name has been updated as above, will be in next release of SOA platform branch.

Have just updated the ESB branch to also modify the reference in the console, will provide another cut for the platform.

The filename of the End User License Agreeement (EULA) included in the SOA Platform has been changed from JEMS-EULA.txt  to JBossEULA.txt in accordance with JBoss EAP.
