There are 2 versions of the juddi and scout jars:

  1) server/<config>/deploy/jbossesb.sar
  2) erver/<config>/deploy/juddi-service.sar

The configuration is also different in the 2 SAR's.

Verified resolved in 4.2 CP04 CR3 - juddi-service.sar has been removed in CP04:
