Failed log with Maven 2.1.0 attached.
And no problem was found when running with Maven 2.0.9 or 2.0.10.

This is a regression issue in maven 2.1.0 assembly plugin. Please look at http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MASSEMBLY-294
