Description Noel O'Connor 2009-05-26 23:40:52 UTC
Date of First Response: 2009-05-27 11:37:27
project_key: SOA

It mentions that the web service addressing is supported by configuration and can be turned on by using the "addressing" attribute.
This attribute should not have been incorporated into the document...

From Kevin Conor:
"The functionality was originally added in to the 4.4 CP stream for the
SOA 4.3 CP1 release but, as it involved a schema change, had to be
removed. The change was later applied to trunk and released as part of
ESB 4.5.
The documentation in the project was updated to remove this information
but it looks like the removal did not make it through to the platform
version."

Darrin, do you regularly do a document comparison with the project docs to see if things like this have happened?

Comment 2 Dana Mison 2009-07-01 04:27:51 UTC
I can't directly compare (ie diff) the product & ESB project docs due to difference in file format (openoffice vs docbook) I do compare the different versions of the .odt files for changes but things slip through due to the manual nature of the process.
