The rel notes should be removed from the build - we should reference the on-line notes in the getting started guide. This was the approach that we talked about moving toward during 4.,3 CP01 so that the rel notes could be created after the last build and be up-to-date (e.g., lists of resolved and open bugs).

content of the online docs are identical to the pdfs

The docs are still in the CR4 build - we'll have to remove them before the build is retagged "GA" and uploaded to CSP
