SOA-P 4.2 CP04 CR4 includes these (3) ESB 4.2.1 version docs:

jboss-soa-p.4.2.0/docs/esb/advanced/SOAConcepts.pdf
jboss-soa-p.4.2.0/docs/esb/advanced/WebServices.pdf
jboss-soa-p.4.2.0/docs/esb/services/MessageStore.pdf

We should remove these old docs - they date from 2007 and are not part of the ESB 4.5 release.

Forgot that 4.2 is based on ESB 4.2
