added to the 4.3.CP02 release notes as resolved:

JBESB-2754 - JAXWSProviderClassGenerator.generate() now generates static instances of ServiceInvoker. This has greatly increased performance of webservices published using EBWS because they can reuse this static instance instead of creating a new one each time they are invoked.
