The new (added in CP02) directory /jboss-soa-p.4.3.0/jboss-as/tools/systinet directory is missing in build CR2.

This JIRA is being logged as a blocker as without this directory, users will not have  the  jbossesb-transport-1.0.jar and jbossesb-transport-client-1.0.jar files that they will require to set up a SOA-P server to run with a local HP Systinet installation.

tools dir copied from esb/product/tools/systinet to ${as-root}/tools/systinet
