Not a regression, it's present in SOA-P 4.3 CP01/CP02 and JON-2.1.2, JON-2.2.0 and JON-2.3.0 with the CP01 plugin

JBoss ESB Statistics -> Operations -> Stop deployment:

Removed the start/stop/create/destroy operations from the ESB Statistics level.

Please review the following draft text which has been added to the Resolved Issues section of the Release Notes:

    A java.lang.Exception exception would occur if the user tried to run start, stop, create or
    destroy deployment operations from withing the ESB Statistics level.

    In order to mitigate this problem, these operations are no longer available at this level.

The comments suggest this has been treated as a SOA 5 issue rather than SOA 4.3, going to reopen.

Verified in 4.3 CP03 ER1 (QR2) and JON 2.1.2 - all 4 operations are no longer available, just "Reset Counts" is left (screen attached).

Tested with JON 2.4.1.GA and SOA-P 5.1.0.ER9 and 4.3.0.GA_CP03.

The start/stop/create/destroy operations are removed from the Jboss ESB Operations tab.
