Tom has already merged the changes into the CP branch but missed the last tag.  It looks like we may have another spin to make and, if so, I will resolve this against the CP release.

JBESB-2804
HTTPRouter appeared to slow down under high loads.  This was due to HTTPRouter not setting the max-connections-per-host property, and only using the default value of 2.  This property is now obeyed and HTTPRouter is performs as expected with a high number of connections.
