We need to add instructions to the 4.3 CP02 Getting Started Guide to inform users what JON and plugin steps they need to perform.

I've updated the "updating the plugin" section of the getting started guide.

until further notice documenting the package files to be:

If you are using JON 2.1.2 : rhq-jbossesb-soa-plugin-SOA.4.3.0.GA_CP02.zip
If you are using JON 2.3    : jon-plugin-pack-soa-2.3.0.GA.zip

The docs indicate a final plugin file name of:

              rhq-jbossesb-soa-plugin-SOA.4.3.0.GA_CP02.zip

This is the name that will be used.
