A readme.txt file needs to be put into the top level of the directory structure (code download) which tells the user to either download the docs and search out the getting started guide under docs/esb or to access the online docs at http://www.redhat.com/docs/en-US/JBoss_SOA_Platform/

This issue is not approved for SOA 4.3 CP03. If this needs to be reconsidered, please raise the issue with the SOA PM team.
