jboss-as/javadocs seems to be missing a number of files, mostly responsible 
for frames etc.  This is based on a comparison to 4.3.CP01

I suspect that this might be a build issue ?

If these are the ESB ones then I fixed a similar issue in our trunk.  I can take a look at this.

This issue is not approved for SOA 4.3 CP03. If this needs to be reconsidered, please raise the issue with the SOA PM team.
