PRD mentions that the jopr console should be available at http://localhost:8080/esb-console

The PRD is wrong.

The console comes from the EAP and not SOA, all we need to do is augment it and add the ESB plugin (which still has to be done).

The Console comes from EAP and has been augmented as per kconners comment

Add 5.0.0.GA to the fix version.
