I stop a quickstart deployment through the jmx console; the server log looks good:

13:03:40,917 INFO  [EsbDeployment] Stopping 'Quickstart_helloworld_failing.esb'

Then I start it:
13:04:19,714 INFO  [EsbDeployment] Starting ESB Deployment 'Quickstart_helloworld_failing.esb'


However the quickstart doesn't work anymore - I send messages to its gateway, but they are not processed (queue is filling up).

When I redeploy the quickstart manually all previously sent messages are processed.

This obviously affects the JON plugin, too.

This needs to be retested as it may have been fixed by work done for 4.9CP.  It is unlikely that this is an ESB plugin issue.

If there is an issue then can we please also have the log/ESB deployment attached to this case?

Just noticed that the issue specifically mentions the jmx console so this is definitely not associated with the ESB plugin.

I also mis-read the original bug description - this is the JMX console and not the JON console or plugin.

And - the problem cannot be recreated with the 5.1 ER1 build:

Closing as it is not reproducible
