The /upload servlet is no longer deployed to the default server profile out of the box. In order to run the jBPM quickstarts, the user must replace the jbpm-console-production.war file with jbpm-console-development.war for the default profile.

Where is the jbpm-console-production.war?  where is the jbpm-console-development.war?
