milyn-scribe-core-1.2.4.jar is missing from the distribution. The following included jars depend on it but do not replace it.

Fixed in the ESB codebase, will be in the next merge.

I don't see it in ER7 2nd build. I guess it's in a latter ESB revision but just in case letting you know.

You won't see it in ER7 as the fix field is ER8. :)
