The jbpm-jpdl directory contains older versions of the JBoss and LGPL licences
than those currently in EAP.

Fixed in revision 4907 of:
  build-tools/builders/jbpm/post-patch/overlay_license.xml
  build-tools/resource/license

Commit message:
  SOA-1890.
  Cppy licence files from EAP for the jbpm-jdpl/ directory.


The licences are now:
  jbpm-jpdl/JBossEULA.txt
  jbpm-jpdl/lib/lgpl-2.1.txt
