Following parts of the jBPM 3 product documentation should be removed:

* Section "1.7.  The JBoss jBPM Job Executor"
* Section 4.1.3.  Managed Transactions
* Section 4.1.4. "Injecting" the Hibernate Session
* Section 4.1.5.  Injecting Resources Programmatically
* Section 4.1.6. Advanced API Usage
* Section 4.2.  Configuring the Persistence Service except for following sections:
  - 4.2.5.  Database Compatibility
  - 4.2.6.  Combining Hibernate Classes
* Section 5.2. jBPM Enterprise Configuration
* Section 5.3.  Hibernate Enterprise Configuration
* Section 5.4.  Client Components
* Section 7.6.  Customizing Variable Persistence
* Chapter 15 Security
* Chapter 17. Pluggable architecture
* Chapter 18. Business Process Simulation

In section 4.1.2. Convenience Methods on JbpmContext, this first piece need to be removed:
"
In this section, it is presumed that the reader's configuration includes a persistence service similar to this one (found in the example src/config.files/jbpm.cfg.xml configuration file):
<jbpm-configuration>
    <jbpm-context>
        <service name='persistence'
          factory='org.jbpm.persistence.db.DbPersistenceServiceFactory' />
    </jbpm-context>
</jbpm-configuration>
"
