Draft text for Resolved Issues section of Release Notes states:

Previously, the SoapUIClientService could only handle
                      text elements and not attributes. As a consequence,
                      this data was not populating correctly. A patch has
                      been added to add support for attributes in Web
                      Service requests to SoapUIClientService and JUnit so
                      that this data now populates correctly.
