This section ^ should instruct the user to configure their new server installation to utilize their CP02 installation's databases.

I have added an instruction to do this to section 1.5 "Upgrading an existing SOA Platform installation."

Configure the new server installation to utilize the previous installation's databases. To do so, run
the Schema tool and use the same values as last time.
