EAP CPs has renamed seam and seamfp dirs to seam1 and seam2. Build scrips are probably confused by the change and packs seam1 and seam2 dirs to standalone distribution too.

Fixed with revision 5539 (4.3 branch) of:
  build-tools/builders/eap/zip-excludes.txt

Commit message:

  s/seam/seam1/
  s/seamfp/seam2/
  (EAP changed the seam directory names.)
