But JBoss ESB doesn't include ActiveBPEL, so the statement is wrong.

It looks like there was a request to remove the reference to the ws-bpel
quickstart because it wasn't to be included anymore.  However the writer
incorrectly removed only that part of the sentence, and that changed the
meaning of the paragraph considerably as we can see.

The only change from the Beta doc should have been that the quickstart
is not included AFAIK.
