As part of GSG, create an example that shows how to query metadata, from ModeShape, thru Teiid.

Added examples

1.  pub_unpub_using_rest   that will demonstrate publishing of files, a step that is needed prior to querying the metadata.
2.  query_modeshape_using_teiid - this only contains the README.txt that explains what needs to be done to view metadata thru Teiid.  It indicates that the user should use the Teiid sample client script and run:   $./run.sh localhost 31000 ModeShape "some query"    
and it provides several example queries based on the types of files that were loaded in example #1.
