Now that the modeshape application policy  users/roles properties file settings have been moved to be added to login-config.xml during installation, the modeshape-jboss-beans.xml file is no longer needed and should be removed.

 removed the modeshape-jboss-beans.xml from the kit, its contents are added to the login-config.xml
