EDS distribution fails to deploy on standard profile with:
/tmp/workspace/soa-eds-plugins-and-adminshell/jbosssoa/eds/teiid/build.xml:50: Cannot deploy Teiid to profile standard, it doesn't contain the admin console

Van said that although EDS should work on profile "standard" management of modeshape/teiid would become hard if admin console is not installed. I'm not sure if JON would do the same job as admin console in case customer is running JON.

Will change the installation to exclude the deployment of the teiid and modeshape jopr plugins to the admin console if the admin console doesn't exist.

Changed Teiid and ModeShape to deploy into any profile.   However, their corresponding jopr plubins will not be deployed if the admin.console.war is not there.

Verified fixed in ER9 - only ALL, PRODUCTION, DEFAULT are supported for EDS install.
